About Me
I have lived and worked in many different places and my business career experience spanned diverse areas of the private and public sectors. This brought me into contact with people from a range of backgrounds and of widely varying abilities and temperaments. As a professional counsellor and coach I have gained an ever-deepening insight into how important it is for each of us to know ourselves better, to recognise any doubts and feelings that may be limiting our enjoyment of life and to work on them.
