______________ Coaching _____________
Clarity about how to achieve what you want and what things you need to change can be surprisingly elusive in our working lives, as well as in our personal lives. A coach can help you find that clarity, see the options you have and define a path to your goals, whether personal or professional.
If you’d like to discuss how to fulfil your potential, identify the route to your objectives, see what obstacles may be getting in your way and consider what strategies you might use to overcome them, I can help you see how to get where you want to go.
I have experience in business as a senior executive myself, trained to coach senior people in multinational corporations and in small enterprises. My experience also spans research, coaching and consultancy in a variety of industries, in both the private and public sectors.
I coach on a one-to-one basis with individuals and also with groups, either privately or in a work-related setting.
I am a member of the BACP Coaching Division
